Alexandra is a Registered Massage Therapist providing personalized massage therapy care to patients in the Kingsway, Etobicoke, and the surrounding Toronto area. She is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, therapeutic treatments that target soft tissue and joint discomfort; while recognizing the important role the nervous system plays in many physical pain patterns and conditions.
Alexandra takes a client-centered approach, understanding that every individual has unique needs. She begins each treatment with a thorough assessment and incorporates a variety of intentional techniques tailored to the client’s concerns and goals. Alexandra’s clinical interests include a variety of massage therapy modalities such as Swedish massage, Thai massage techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, muscle strengthening techniques, facial and scalp massage, and pre- and post-natal massage.
Outside of the clinic, Alexandra enjoys beekeeping, physical activity, cooking, and spending time in nature. She brings the energy and mindfulness from these passions into her practice, helping clients in the Kingsway and Etobicoke community find relief from pain, restore balance, and develop greater awareness of their bodies.
