- We accept refund and return requests for products purchased from the PinPoint Health Online Store within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods, such as food and supplements.
- Personal care items, such as skincare products, that have been opened or used.
- Digital products and downloadable content.
3. How to Initiate a Refund or Return:
To initiate a refund or return, follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund or return, and clear photographs if the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
5. Return Shipping:
- For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- In cases of defective or damaged items, PinPoint Health will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
