Refund and Return Policy

At PinPoint Health, we are committed to providing you with the best products and service. We understand that there might be instances where you need to request a refund or return. Please read our Refund and ReturnPolicy carefully to understand your options and the processes involved.

1. Refund and Return Eligibility:

  • We accept refund and return requests for products purchased from the PinPoint Health Online Store within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods, such as food and supplements.
  • Personal care items, such as skincare products, that have been opened or used.
  • Digital products and downloadable content.

3. How to Initiate a Refund or Return:

To initiate a refund or return, follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at info@pinpointhealth.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund or return, and clear photographs if the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

5. Return Shipping:

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • In cases of defective or damaged items, PinPoint Health will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Changes to the Policy:

  • PinPoint Health reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
