What To Expect At The First Visit

What To Expect At The First Visit

Therapy will begin with gathering some information about the present and past, setting goals and getting to know the patient outside of the problem. This will help the therapist curate an individualized approach to therapy moving forward.

Sessions are a standard 50 minutes based on the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario’s (CRPO) guidelines. Session frequency is determined by the patient. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are a recommended cadence to start.
