Jamie Gilmour, DOMP, is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner at PinPoint Health Humber, providing patient-centered osteopathic care to individuals in the Humber area, Etobicoke, Toronto, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Jamie is committed to delivering individualized treatments that support healing, restore balance, and improve overall well-being.
Jamie completed her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2021, where she developed a strong foundation in movement science, rehabilitation, and functional health. Prior to becoming an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Kinesiologist for two years, developing and implementing treatment and rehabilitation programs for a wide variety of patients.
She later completed her Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) at the National Academy of Osteopathy and became certified as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner through the Canadian Association of Alternative Medicine (ACMA) in 2025. Her educational background and clinical experience allow her to take a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care.
Jamie believes that no two patients are alike, even when presenting with similar symptoms. She recognizes that everyone’s body, health history, and response to treatment are unique, and she tailors every assessment and treatment session accordingly to meet the patient’s specific needs and goals.
Her osteopathic treatments may incorporate a combination of techniques including fascial release, muscular release, joint mobilization, cranial sacral therapy, and visceral techniques to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate itself. Jamie works collaboratively with her patients to promote long-term recovery, restore balance throughout the body, and improve overall function and well-being.
