Nadia Smith is a Registered Massage Therapist in Etobicoke and Toronto at PinPoint Health Humber Family, serving clients from Rexdale and across the Greater Toronto Area. She is dedicated to providing individualized, therapeutic care that addresses each client’s unique needs. Every treatment is tailored to the client’s goals, condition, and progress, with a focus on overall health, wellness, and functional mobility.
A proud graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Nadia gained extensive hands-on experience, including a four-month placement at Toronto Rehab Hospital in the Stroke and Acquired Brain Injury Unit, supporting patients recovering from strokes and conditions such as multiple sclerosis, ALS, paralysis, burns, and sensory impairments. She also provided sports massage at the Pan American Swim Trials and indoor volleyball events, and completed a placement at Covenant House, supporting youth in need. Her work in long-term care facilities strengthened her passion for helping elderly clients maintain mobility and comfort.
Nadia’s practice addresses a wide range of conditions, including migraines, sciatica, tennis and golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, tendinitis, and rotator cuff injuries. She also has experience supporting clients with autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions, bringing empathy, and understanding as someone with lived experience of a chronic autoimmune disorder.
She has a strong passion for women’s health, offering specialized care for pre- and postnatal support, endometriosis pain, menstrual and menopausal discomfort, and post-breast cancer recovery. Her treatments include Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, TMJ/intraoral massage, trigger point release, lymphatic drainage, fascial work, and stretching techniques to improve balance, flexibility, and range of motion, supporting patients across Etobicoke, the Humber community, and the Greater Toronto Region.
Nadia believes massage therapy benefits clients of all ages, from toddlers to seniors, and finds fulfillment in helping people achieve pain relief, functional mobility, and improved quality of life.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys cooking, art, makeup, thrifting, exploring nature, and spending time with her family and pets.
